Koh Kong Province : Koh Kong Krao
Koh Kong Krao is an island rich in natural resources, conducive to exploring the biodiversity ecosystem, and has beautiful sandy beaches on a vast expanse of blue sea, especially 10 waterfalls, each with many stages, up to 30 floors, and beautiful wildlife, fish, corals, and biodiversity at the bottom of the sea. Floating on the vast expanse of sea, what tourists can't help but admire is the unparalleled beauty of the clear sea reflecting the sky, accompanied by attractive scenery, which cannot be missed. On the other hand, there are coconut trees on the island, which further adds to the beauty of this island that emerges in the middle of the ocean. Koh Kong Krao has 6 beaches, each with beautiful white sand, clear sea water, visible to the seabed, and a creek behind the beach, which allows us to admire the most beautiful scenery. In particular, the beaches that tourists like to visit and have enough water are the third and fourth beaches, because there tourists can sit and fish, swim, ride a boat, visit waterfalls, and watch the sunset, mixed with the sound of the ocean waves, the sound of the sea, and the sound of the waves, which seems to make the feeling of being tired melt away. In addition, tourists can also dive to see corals and ride a jet ski. It is the largest island in Cambodia, located in Chroy Pras commune, Koh Kong district, Koh Kong province, which is approximately 30 km from Khemarak Phumin city. This area has potential in terms of natural resources and biodiversity, with an area of approximately 80 km2 and an altitude of approximately 410 m. It is located on the vast sea surface of Cambodia. Today, the Koh Kong Krao area is under the control of the Royal Cambodian Navy. To get there, all national and international tourists can travel to this area by water, by traveling by car or motorbike to Koh Kong province (if coming from Phnom Penh, go past the Dara Sakor turnoff for about 20 km. On the left, you will see a red dirt road. Turn onto the red road, take the left turn for about 10 km, and you will reach a fishing village where you can board a boat there. Then, travel by boat for about 1.5 to 2 hours from the boat pier, and you will reach this beautiful place.
