Kratie Province : Wat Vihear Sasara 100 Resort

Wat Sasor 100 is a cultural-historical site located in Sambor Village, Sambor Commune, Sambor District, Kratie Province, 36 km from Kratie Provincial Capital. Tourists can travel along Provincial Road No. 377 on a paved road. Sambor District was the former Khmer capital during the Chenla period, called “Samphap Pur”. This temple is located in Sambor District, about 36 km north of Kratie Provincial Capital. Wat Sasor 100 was built on the site of the royal palace of Nakhon Samphap Pur of the Chenla Empire. There are four Buddhist temples facing the four directions:

Lao Temple facing west

Sasor 100 Temple facing north

Kok Ket Temple facing east

Kok Temple facing south (only the foundation and traces of this temple remain)
