A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Cooperation was officially signed between the Cambodia Tourism Association (CATA) and the Heilongjiang Province Travel Agencies Association. The agreement was signed by Mr. Meng Phalla, Vice President of the Cambodia Tourism Association, and Mr. Wang Hongxin, Vice President of the Heilongjiang Province Travel Agencies Association, marking a significant milestone in strengthening bilateral cooperation, promoting tourism exchanges, and fostering mutual opportunities for tourism development between Cambodia and Heilongjiang Province, China.
