The Vice President of the Cambodia Tourism Association (CATA) concluded the Medical Tourism FAM Trip in Vietnam.
The Cambodia–Vietnam Medical Tourism Fam Trip, led by Oknha Sreat M. Sophear, Vice President of CATA, successfully concluded after two productive days of visits in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The program allowed Cambodian outbound travel agents to experience firsthand Vietnam’s advanced healthcare ecosystem, including international hospitals, specialized clinics, dental and aesthetic centers, chiropractic services, and wellness providers. During the trip, participants gained valuable insights into service quality, medical standards, and partnership opportunities—strengthening confidence in promoting Vietnam as a trusted medical tourism destination for the Cambodian market.
The program concluded with a wellness experience at Paradise Spa, emphasizing the importance of post-treatment recovery and integrated wellness as part of medical tourism packages. This fam trip marks an important milestone in reinforcing Cambodia–Vietnam cooperation in medical tourism, paving the way for future collaboration and sustainable growth.
