On 16 August 2025, the Cambodia Tourism Association (CATA) organized a site visit to Techo International Airport, led by H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, and warmly welcomed by Oknha Charles Van, Director General of Canadia Co Ltd. The visit gathered over 300 participants, including tourism companies, content creators, and tour guides. The successful test flight and the upcoming opening of the airport demonstrate Cambodia’s growing aviation capability and highlight the country’s significant potential for future tourism and economic development.
