On 25 November 2025, H.E. Oknha Chhay Sivlin, President of the CATA, visited 235 veteran families in Banteay Ampil District, Oddar Meanchey Province, to express care and support. The visit was warmly welcomed by H.E. Soum Vutha and H.E. Un Sophak, Deputy Governors of Oddar Meanchey Province and District, reflecting a strong collaboration between CATA and local authorities to contribute to social welfare and community well-being.
