About Us
Cambodia Tourism Association (CATA) is a non-governmental organization within 345 members from other private companies participating to serve the common good. And is non-profit, independent, neutral, and has no direct or indirect political affiliation with any political party. All principles, goals, objectives and activities of the Cambodian Tourism Association are for the purpose of contributing to the strengthening of the tourism sector in the Kingdom of Cambodia to be strong and prosperous.
Cambodia Tourism Association (CATA) was established in 1996 with the aim of bringing together travel agencies of all sizes in the Kingdom of Cambodia under a single banner and organizing it into a powerful attraction to promote the tourism industry. Rapid growth and promotion of internationally renowned tourism.

Cambodia Tourism Association (CATA) is a key driver in building a globally competitive
tourism business and strengthening local tourism and related tourism
associations. We can achieve our vision and mission by focusing on advocacy for
tourism growth, strategic tourism services that lead to sustainable economic
growth for the long-term benefit of tourism.
Mission
Representatives of travel agencies in Cambodia will represent the ASEAN Tourism Association, the European Tourism Association, the China Tourism Association and the Indian Tourism Association in organizing tourism meetings and sharing Cambodia's tourism potential on the international stage.
Work closely with other key institutions in the Cambodian tourism industry to develop and enhance tourism.

The
Cambodian Tourism Association has contributed to the formulation of input
policies as a private institution to develop the tourism sector, to promote and
attract partners as well as tourists around the world through tourism
exhibitions, to create programs to find receptors. Organize study tour groups
of tour operators from all over the world, study tours for local operators,
study new areas to create attractive tourism products, create events to promote
culture and preserve the traditions of tour operators. Perform their work
ethically and professionally and establish training courses related to human
resource development in tourism.
In
addition, the Cambodian Tourism Association has joined the ASEAN Tourism
Association and has been appointed Chairman of the ASEAN Tourism Awards Scoring
Committee and Vice President of the ASEAN Tourism Federation. Partner closely
with ASEAN member countries by organizing events to attract investors to
develop tourism in Cambodia.
The
association also works with the Ministry of Tourism to promote tourism through
the ASEAN Tourism Forum in various countries, to support the tourism community
in eco-tourism, create local jobs and reduce migration. People provide tourism
services, provide training on various skills, design products for sale to
tourists, promote and improve the lives of communities.
As
mentioned above, I, together with all the Board of Directors, are very pleased
